Wondering how to lose 20 pounds? 
I must say, losing weight can be a real challenge. Most people have in all likelihood tried numerous times to lose the ones unwanted kilos and annoying belly fat with so many one of a kind diets, but sadly, most times we failed.

But this is no reason to just give up! You just need to know exactly what to do. I have suffered a lot of fat loss failures myself but they have led me to know what I know today!

Lets start with a little introduction. The way weight loss works is quite basic-you need to eat less than your metabolic rate. Your metabolic rate is the number of calories you burn per day while resting. Sounds pretty simple, huh? 

However so many people just keep on failing. Which is why I’m here to help!

I believe that the knowledge I’ve gathered during my 80 kilos weight loss journey will assist you eventually lose that fat successfully! 

If you follow these guidelines I’m about to give you, you will definitely be very likely to lose as much as 20 pounds in the short amount of time of 3 weeks!

How to lose weight in 3 weeks:

1.Detox

Most of us have a high buildup of toxins in our bodies. But also most of us do nothing about it. But it’s very important to detox while losing weight.

The high amount of toxins in our bodies cause insulin resistance. This means it’s difficult for our cells to recognize insulin. This causes our bodies to produce way more insulin than we need which ultimately results in high blood sugar.

High blood sugar is one of the main reasons people become overweight or even obese. And obviously, it is a huge obstacle to weight loss.

So now you can understand why it’s so important to detox in order to reach the best weight loss results.

2. Eat healthy

Many people think that the main rule of a weight loss diet is to eat as little as possible. And that it does not rely what exactly you eat. But this is far from the truth.

Calorie reduction is very essential in weight loss but it's also extremely very important to know exactly how many calories you need and which meals you want to eat with the intention to achieve healthful weight loss.

So in order to reach the best results, you need to balance your macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fats), eat food that is HEALTHY for you, and avoid sugar and calorie bombs.

3.Be active

Although 80% of weight loss depends on your diet and only 20% does on exercise, it’s still very important to maintain an active lifestyle in order to ensure you’re healthy and that your body is functioning properly. Plus, being active will help you burn more calories throughout the day!

Many people lead sedentary lifestyles these days and think there’s no time or money to exercise daily. But the truth is, you don’t need a lot of time or any money! Because you don’t necessarily have to go to the gym every day or commit to a regular exercising schedule.

You may simply go for walks with your pet, buddies or family more often. In fact, you’d be amazed how much of a difference simply walking for at least 20 minutes a day could make!

4.Drink water

This is something many people overlook. I myself have been guilty numerous times in the past for becoming dehydrated. I would barely drink a few glasses of water a day!

But now I always carry a water bottle with me because I’ve learned all about its benefits. And the advantages of water really are infinite for weight loss.

Something that you really need to keep in mind is that it’s very important to drink water before your meals. Because people often can’t distinguish the difference between hunger and thirst and end up overeating.

5.Shop with a list

This is more of a psychological factor to successful weight loss. But a very important one. Because very regular diets and weight reduction fail because people have such a lot of cravings and end up satisfying them by going to the store.

Even when you're all ready to start eating healthy in store, let me guess what's going on. You end up buying a bunch of products that you don’t even need. And most of them are definitely not good for your diet.

I’m not judging you, I know myself how hard it can be to resist sales or just a pack of delicious cookies. Well, it’s hard to resist them when you go shopping without a plan of what you actually need.

That’s why you should always go shopping with a list during your diet. Write down all of the products you definitely need. Those that are included in your weight loss diet. And before going to the store tell yourself that you will only buy stuff from the list, nothing more!
